There are twenty modules in total, each consisting of four weekly sessions over each month. The final session of each module is case-based – so your learning can be consolidated and applied to everyday cases in practice.
You are supported in each module by a dedicated Specialist – either a boarded ECVIM/ACVIM /FANZCVS or RCVS Diplomate, who will engage with you online, answer your questions and generate discussions with you and your medical peers.
“The Improve International Small Animal Medicine (SAM) course provides relevant and cutting-edge information which is delivered in a stimulating and convenient manner. Each module is illustrated by interactive and relevant case examples. The SAM program provides a great platform within which to ask questions that enhance your understanding and learning. I thoroughly enjoy the tutoring experience and watching those very rewarding ‘light-bulb’ moments when all the pieces of the puzzle come together! It was a similar learning experience to this which inspired me to become a specialist.”
