JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Working alongside veterinarians and canine rehabilitation therapists to help reduce pain, improve mobility and prevent recurrence of injuries in animals.
Assist our veterinarians in devising exercise programmes to assist an animal’s mobility and return to fitness.
Soft tissue mobilization
Joint mobilization
Neuromuscular stimulation
Assisting in hydrotherapy
Re-education of muscle function and movement
Properly updating medical records after each treatment
Participating in teaching and learning within the team as well as with interns/externs
Other duties as assigned

Special interest in Skeletal Muscle Biomechanics
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Physiotherapist
Standing Member of SPA or AHPC
Self-starter and team player
1+ year(s) experience is a plus
Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to lift up to 20kg to 30kg
