Veterinary Rehabilitation and Hydrotherapy Centre P/T Receptionist

Veterinary Rehabilitation and Hydrotherapy Centre was started by specialist surgeon, Dr Patrick Maguire and his wife, Dr Rina Maguire as an initiative to improve the wellbeing of dogs in Singapore. The work to establish VRH began in early 2018. Since then, Dr’s Maguire have successfully marshalled a team of certified hydrotherapists and veterinary rehabilitation therapists led by Miss Doris Ho and their very own full-time rehabilitation veterinarian, Dr. Priya Streram, in order to provide this high level of skilled care.

We are looking for P/T receptionist and veterinary rehabilitation assistants.

Primary responsibilities for receptionist:
– Answer incoming calls promptly, direct calls and/or take messages for respective staff reliably
– Assist with scheduling of rehabilitation appointments
– Greet customers in a warm and cheerful manner
– Make follow-up appointments for patients and call patients to confirm appointments
– Accept packages and arrange deliveries to customers
– Stock taking and ordering office supplies
– Maintain tidiness of reception area
– Balancing the books at the end of the day
– Assist with placing animals in holding areas when admitting patients if needed

Primary responsibilities for rehabilitation therapist assistant:
– Assist rehabilitation therapist and veterinarians in restraining of patients
– Simple showering and blow-drying of patients
– Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the clinic
