Veterinarian and Veterinary paraprofessional positions open at Monster Pet Vet

Monster Pet Vet is a humble clinic set in the central area of Singapore.

We handle a good mix of canine, feline and exotic cases. Our clinic houses a basic in-house Idexx laboratory suite, digital xray and basic ultrasound machine. As one third of our caseloads are exotic pets, we are also equipped with the appropriate im3 instrumentations and dental machine. We have two gas anesthesia set-ups.

We are looking for veterinarians and veterinary nurses/techinicans to join our close-knit family. All candidates must be a team-player and possess good communication skills. We currently work on a rotational basis (weekends included) with the aim of good work-life balance (no overnight shifts). Different contractual terms (locum/part-time/full-time) can be negotiated. Continuing education is encouraged with opportunities for sponsored CPD events/courses. Staff benefits also include pet care discounts and remunerations (performance-based). Annual team-bonding events are organised pending the national covid-guidelines.

Veterinarian position
Experience preferred but not necessary. For new graduates, close supervision will be provided during your probationary period where you will be paired with a senior veterinarian (mentorship period will be adjusted accordingly to individual’s performance)
An interest in exotic medicine is preferred but not necessary. For interested candidates without experience in exotic medicine, guidance and training will be provided.

Veterinary Nurse/Technician

Preferably possess relevant qualifications / experience in the field of clinical practise
Experience preferred but not necessary. For inexperienced candidates, training will be provided so a good-learning attitude is a must.
Reception-only position can be considered but scope of duties will/must include laboratory work (terms and conditions apply)
