Seeking veterinary nurse/technician (minimum three-year clinical experience) – Beecroft Animal Surgical Specialists

We are seeking a veterinary surgical nurse (minimum three-year clinical experience) to work side by side with a specialist small animal surgeon in Singapore’s only mobile surgical veterinary practice.

Duties will include animal restraint and handling, supervising patient preparation for surgery, assistance during anesthesia, scrubbed in surgical assistance. and surgical instrument cleaning, sterilization and packing. Candidates must be physically fit and will be required to stand for many hours in the operating theater and able to carry surgical equipment for transportation. These day to day duties will be operating out of different veterinary clinics in Singapore thus making this job unique and interesting. We welcome candidates who have a Singapore manual driver’s license.

Caseload will include varied and advanced level orthopaedic, neurological and soft tissue procedures and will suit an applicant striving to provide the highest quality of patient care. This represents a full-time position with weekend shifts and will include varied and on occasion extended hours. Production and after hour incentives will be provided on top of salary. Continuing education allowance, vacation, and remuneration to be discussed further during the interview process.
