Seeking Full-time/Part-Time Veterinarian – Allpets & Aqualife Clinic

We are in search of an enthusiastic veterinary colleague with preferably some experience to join our small animal clinic. The successful applicant will be settling in a friendly environment, well supported by an energetic team of nurses and experienced veterinarians. Applications from new and recent graduates are welcome. Senior vets will provide mentoring support.

Our principal is an Honorary Fellow of the University of Melbourne and has further qualifications in aquatic medicine. Due to his expertise, we see anything from valuable koi fish to macaques, to the more common family dog, cat, rabbit and small furry, which makes each day fresh and exciting.

The practice was established in 2002 and is still growing. If you are looking for stability and working with colleagues who find fulfillment in their vocation, our practice is the right one for you. We make full use of our equipment, which include:
• Full suite of Idexx blood machines,
• Ultrasound,
• Digital Radiography,
• Gastro-scope,
• Cryosurgical equipment,
• Tonometry,
• etc.
Specialist referral or opinion where required, is straightforward and quick, and includes a US based radiologist.

We are a busy practice with exposure to a wide variety of medicine and surgical cases. The clinic is open for consultations Mon-Sat 9.30- 1pm, and 3-7.30pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

We want to guide our veterinarians to grow in their hands-on and diagnostic skills. CPE is encouraged and financially supported. There is also opportunity for future career development in the practice for the right candidate.
