FURIENDS VETERINARY CLINIC – SEEKING FULL TIME VETERINARIAN (SINGAPOREAN/PR) AND VET TECHNICIAN / NURSE (SINGAPOREAN/PR)

Furiends Vet is a new clinic situated in the heart of Punggol (800m from Punggol MRT) & Sengkang. The current team is a diverse bunch of fun loving, hardworking and compassionate people, consisting of 1 vet, 2 nurses and 2 admins.

We are seeking for team members who are committed and passionate about animal well being, striving alongside the team in promoting quality living for our 4-leggeds through well-planned, customized, affordable and excellent veterinary care.

It is important for the applicant to be comfortable and confident to manage and handle cats, as we do serve quite a number of community cat carers.

– Veterinarian –
Must be able to obtain a license to practice in Singapore according to AVA requirements. Experienced or fresh graduate vets are welcome to apply. Have excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with clients. Veterinarian will be on a 5 day work week.

– Vet Technician / Nurse –
Ideally has work experience in the veterinary industry or graduated with Diploma in Veterinary Technology/Veterinary Bioscience.

You will be involved with nursing works in consultation, blood taking, IV catheter placement, microscopy, full anesthetic monitoring, running of in-house laboratory tests, assist with digital imaging and surgeries, and basis reception work.

Vet Tech/Nurse will have a 4 day work week (7 shifts/week), and will be scheduled (paid) for extra treatment duties on clinic closed days (Wednesdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
