F/T Avian and Exotics Intern – Beecroft Bird & Exotics Veterinary Clinic

Beecroft Bird & Exotics Veterinary Clinic is Singapore’s only Specialist Clinic for birds and exotic species.

Our clinic sees referrals for all species of exotic animals and is headed by Exotic Small Mammal American Board-Certified Specialist Dr. Rina Maguire.

Dr. Rina has with several years of experience working with small mammals, reptiles, birds, wildlife, aquatics and zoo animals both in the US and locally. Beecroft Exotics Clinic sees an interesting caseload comprising of 30% birds, 40% small mammals, 20% reptiles and 10% fish species. We are looking for a new or recent graduate who is keen to further their career in the field of avian and exotics medicine.

The clinic will expand into a bigger facility in third quarter 2021 with access to advanced imaging and 24-hour care.

Prerequisites; Veterinary Licensure in Singapore. Some clinical experience in small animal practice is advantageous. The candidate has to demonstrate motivation and initiative for learning and hard work.
