Advanced VetCare – Patient Care Assistant

Advanced VetCare (Bedok) is expanding and we are seeking to welcome anyone who wants to be part of improving the lives of our patients.

We are hiring veterinary patient care assistants (PCA) who will play an integral part of the clinic’s day to day operations and the patient’s care and comfort during their stay here.

It will be a highly rewarding career and will be an entry point if you would like to dive further and expand your horizon in this field.

This position will require the candidate to have strength and stamina to lift any pets and objects. It is also essential to have patience whilst providing excellent care for our patients. You will be able to work closely with experienced vet technicians and vets in a fast pace yet exciting environment.

A few responsibilities will include :

– maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic and wards
– patient’s care and hygiene
– stocking up of consumables
– operating blood tests machines
– observing and reporting patient’s behaviour and changes
– assisting with animal handling
– grooming duties (bathing, drying etc)
